Meet Randy & Betsy
Randy and Betsy Baker bring years of restaurant, hospitality and leadership experience to BD4. Together, they created the original Baker Street Burgers concept and built it around a shared belief that a restaurant should be about more than the food on the table. It should be a place where guests feel welcome, employees feel valued and taking care of one another is part of the job.
That philosophy continues to shape BD4 today. Randy and Betsy remain actively involved in the business, bringing complementary strengths, plenty of hard-earned experience and a genuine understanding of what it takes to build a restaurant people want to return to, work for and be part of.
